Migration Through The Provincial Program

The Government of Canada is fully aware of the benefits of the migrant workforce for the country's economic development, and has therefore launched programs to facilitate immigration to Canada. These programs include the Canadian Express Entry System and the Provincial Immigration to Canada PNP. Immigrating to Canada through the Express Entry system has been very popular since its launch in 2015. This system selects people applying to immigrate to Canada through scoring. However, scoring the system has become increasingly difficult, making the conditions for permanent immigration to Canada a bit more difficult. Meanwhile, provincial immigration programs to Canada through the creation of Express Entry profile can be another suitable option for obtaining permanent residence in Canada. The PNP Canada program is implemented by different provinces and selects applicants who are eligible to immigrate to Canada and have job skills appropriate to the province's labor market.

If applicants can be selected for a province through these provincial immigration programs in Canada, they can earn an additional 600 points in the Canadian scoring system, thus increasing their chances of immigrating to Canada. Among these provincial immigration programs to Canada, two are the Ontario Provincial Immigration Programs and the 2019 Saskatchewan Provincial Immigration Program.
